Before purchasing a web design and development solution, i have listed below some frequently asked questions, which can be used as a checklist prior to contacting me.

Do I really need a website and what would it do for me?
A website can reach millions of people that might not otherwise be available to you, think of it as a store front on a global level, open 24 hours a days, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Secondly, customers can view products, services, or whatever you want to share from the comfort of their own home and in their own time.
Your website empowers your current customers and maximises marketing potential for future ones. No matter what type of business you are in, there are ways to grow and make money on the web for you.
Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and most of my websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. I place suggested website designs onto the Internet in a private place where only yourselves and i can view the content. I then liaise with you regularly to discuss the web designs in order that the website design and functionality is exactly as you wish.
In what format should I supply text & photographs for my website?
It is helpful to me if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, i can help get your information ready for use on the website.
What does a website cost?
The number one question i get asked is how much does it cost for a website. This is also one of the hardest ones to answer. i believe that every client is different and has different needs therefore i quote separately for every website. i create a design brief and fix a cost on that brief, unlike many other web design companies who quote one price then add extras throughout the process. This means that the price you pay will be agreed before i start work and you get no surprises or budget over runs.
How long does it take to have a website designed?
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site and the complexity of your site design. I will work within your time frame and inside your budget which we will agree with you at the outset.
What are the maintenance costs on a website?
Unlike other companies that levy a charge on a monthly basis there are no maintenance charges. The only cost you are likely to incur is for web hosting which i provide to all my clients FREE for the first 12 months. In the second year i will charge according to the price specified in our design brief. i don’t hike up prices in year 2, 3 or 4 etc. Again you know exactly what you will pay.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is your presence on the Internet. It is where your unique domain name is located and where your site it hosted, allowing access to your site 24/7.
I am currently hosted with another hosting company can I use my existing hosting?
In most cases you can use your existing hosting dependent upon its features.
How do I switch from my current hosting company to your hosting?
I will take care of all the necessary arrangements to switch over your hosting.
Do you offer e-commerce packages?
Yes i offer full e commerce packages allowing you to sell goods online and take payments. I work with payments systems such as Paypal and many others.
Do you offer search engine optimisation?
Yes i offer a range of search engine optimisation programs.
What sort of support do you offer?
I offer a full unlimited after sales support if you have any questions about your site or need help in using it i am always available at the end of the phone or by email.
