One of the biggest factors in good customer service is speed, especially when a client is requesting something that’s time sensitive. Being a Freelancer i am available most of the day/evening. I don’t close at 5pm as most businesses do.
I think long term when dealing with customers. By keeping my customers happy, I hope they will be loyal and through word of mouth do my marketing for me.
Over the years developing my business, consitency of producing eyecatching modern designs and support for my clients has been my mainstay.

My name is Rob Russell, Leeds-based web designer and marketer. I design websites for small, medium & large businesses.
I started plying my trade in 2005. I’m extremely passionate about web development and design in all it’s forms and helping businesses build and improve their online presence. I freelance for a number of companies, helping them generate more leads and sales.
I’m nearly always available unless it’s the middle of the night, although i have been known to climb into bed in the wee hours.
